I understand that the equipment is offered strictly
on an "as
is where is" basis and no warranty has been offered nor
implied by either the vendor or the vendor's
agent. I have inspected the equipment and am satisfied in every way
as to its suitability. I agree that if my tender is accepted, I will make full and final
settlement within 5 days of notification of acceptance. I understand no equipment will be released until full and
final settlement has been received by the vendors agent
and the funds cleared by their bankers. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted Tenders close at 4.00pm Thursday 19th April
